4.4 Electric strength and insulation resistance
4.4.1 Electric strength and insulation resistance conforms to GOST
26104 requirements.
4.4.2 Insulation resistance between short-circuits or equivalent cir-
cuits, insulated from the case of the device, on the one hand, and the other cir-
cuits accessible for external touch and device case, on the other hand, are no
less than 2.6 MW.
4.4.3 Electric insulation between network circuits and equivalent cir-
cuits can withstand test voltage of effective value of 2 kV, frequency of 50 Hz
during 1 minute without damage.
4.4.4 Electric insulation between network circuits and equivalent cir-
cuits and the case of the device can withstand test voltage of effective value of
4 kV, frequency of 50 Hz during 1 minute without damage.
4.5 Service requirements in overload conditions
4.5.1 The device can withstand overload of 2*Us voltage during 1 minute,
where Uk is a final value of a measured voltage range.
4.5.2 The device can withstand overload of 2*Is current during 1 minute,
where Ik is a final value of range of a measured strength of current.
