Assembly

Steering Wheel Assembly

Mount steering wheel, align front wheels, and secure with bolt and washer.

Seat Installation

Remove hardware, discard packing, position seat, engage pads, pull seat back, tighten bolt.

Seat Adjustment

Lift adjustment lever, slide seat for comfort, release lever to lock.

Battery Installation

Remove metal jewelry, connect positive terminal first, then negative, grease poles.

Functional Description

Positioning of Controls

Identify and understand the function of each control on the machine.

Before Starting

Filling Up

Use unleaded petrol, do not overfill, secure cap, store properly.

Oil Level

Check engine oil level using the dipstick, ensure proper inflation of tires.

Tire Air Pressure

Check tire pressure regularly and maintain correct inflation.

Driving

Starting of Motor

Ensure cutting unit is in transport position, engage parking brake, press clutch/brake pedal.

Cold Starting for Hydro Transmission

Warm up transmission for 1 minute in neutral before driving.

Purge Transmission

Procedure to remove trapped air from transmission before operation or after service.

General Driving

Lower cutting unit, choose speed according to terrain, release brake/clutch pedal slowly.

Operator Presence and Reverse Operation System (ROS)

Ensure systems work properly, warnings about backing up with attachment engaged.

Cutting Tips

Clear lawn of objects, avoid wet grass, mow often, clean cutting unit after use.

Slope Operation Safety

Do not drive on slopes over 15°, avoid stopping/starting on slopes, drive perpendicular.

Mowing Techniques

Use right turns to throw grass away, use left side for cutting close to obstacles.

Switching off the Engine

Disengage clutch, set throttle, lift cutting unit, turn key to STOP.

Servicing Precautions

Disconnect spark plug wire, press brake pedal, set parking brake, move control lever to neutral, disengage clutch, switch off engine.

Cleaning

Do not use high pressure washer. Clean steering plate debris.

Engine Hood

Raise hood, disconnect headlight wire, remove hood from tractor.

Pre-Use Checks

Check oil, lubricate, check bolts, battery, clean air screen, keep clean, check brake.

Troubleshooting

Engine will not start

Check fuel, plug, connections, carburetor, fuel pipe for issues.

Start motor will not turn engine

Check battery, contacts, lever position, fuse, ignition lock, safety contact, pedal.

Engine runs unevenly

Check gear, plug, carburetor, air filter, fuel tank vent, ignition, fuel pipe.

Engine feels weak

Check air filter, plug, carburetor, fuel pipe, carburetor settings.

Engine overheats

Check engine overload, air inlet/cooling fins, fan, oil level, ignition, plug.

Battery does not charge

Check fuse, battery cells, battery pole/cable contacts.

Lighting does not function

Check bulbs, switch, cable short-circuit.

The machine vibrates

Check blades, engine mounting, blade balance for damage or sharpening issues.

Uneven cutting results

Check blade sharpness, cutting unit skew, grass condition, grass under cover, tire pressure, gear, belt.

Storage

End of Season Procedures

Clean machine, change oil, drain fuel, remove battery, store indoors, use degreaser for cleaning.
