If that doesn’t work, the igniter pin could be broken, in which case you should contact customer service for a replacement part. Lastly, verify that the electrode wire is properly connected to the igniter box located inside the table behind the igniter box; reconnect it if it’s loose or disconnected.

  A sudden drop in gas flow in your PATIOJOY Outdoor Fireplace could be due to a couple of reasons. First, check that the gas tank isn’t empty. Alternatively, the excess flow safety valve may have been activated. To resolve this, turn the control knob to the ‘off’ position, close the cylinder valve, and disconnect the propane gas cylinder. Then, turn the control knob to ‘high’ and wait 1 minute. Turn the control knob back to the ‘off’ position and reconnect the propane gas cylinder. Light up the heater as indicated in the ‘To Light Up’ section of this manual.
