ATTACHMENT USE
NOTE: When making heavy doughs, the slower speeds
are suggested for best results. It is recommended to start
the mixer then slowly add your ingredients. The beaters
and mixing paddles can be used with the scraper. Ensure
that the scrapers are securely attached to beaters/mixing
paddles and the entire assembly to the rod before
beginning mixing. The dough hook should be used when
making bread, pizza or heavy doughs.
