To fold the frame, first ensure the stroller is in the "braking state" (brakes engaged). Remove the pet cage from the frame. Lift the retract buttons on both sides upwards. Hold the handlebars with both hands and press downwards. The frame will then fold. Once folded, it can be buckled with the retracting hook for compact storage.
