A loose connection could be the culprit. Second, check the fuse on the wiring harness (ref# 35) and replace it if it's blown. Third, a malfunctioning switch could be the issue, in which case you should replace the harness (ref# 29). Lastly, low voltage could be the problem; try connecting the sprayer directly to a 12 volt 15 amp power supply.

  A low foam rate in your PBZ Paint Sprayer can stem from several issues. Start by rinsing the orifice disk and strainer (Figure 5) or replacing them if needed, as they might be partially plugged. Ensure you are using an approved foam concentrate and adhering to the manufacturer’s mixing instructions. Hard water can also reduce the foam rate, so try using softened or rain water. Check that the compressor is receiving adequate voltage (12 volt, 15 amp power supply). Finally, a broken or bent leaf valve inside the compressor can cause this issue, and it may need replacement.
