Assembly Instructions

Part Identification

Identify all parts and pieces using the exploded parts view and reference numbers.

Assemble Track Mounting Blocks

Thread T-knobs and set screws into mounting blocks for the track system.

Install T-Track Mounting Blocks

Slide T-Track Mounting Blocks onto the mounting track, ensuring correct orientation.

Attach Track and Mounting Block Assembly

Secure mounting blocks to the lathe bed track, adjusting for shape and tightening screws.

Assemble Lower Support Bracket Assembly

Assemble the bracket using specified bolts, washers, knobs, and bases.

Attach Tube to Connect Clip

Insert the 7/8" Lower Tube into the Tube Connector Clip as shown in the image.

Attach Base Assembly

Insert T-bolt heads into the Mounted T-Track Rail and secure by tightening knobs.

Attach C-Connect Clip to C-Connect Clip Base

Join C-connect clip to base using bolt, washer, and lock nut, adjusting for smooth pivot.

Attach C-Connect Base to 3/4” upper tube

Attach the C-connect base to the 3/4" upper tube using bolts, washers, and knobs.

Attach Top Assembly to Base Assembly

Insert 3/4" upper tube into 7/8" lower tube and secure by tightening the locking collar.

Attach Hose to Dust Hood

Attach the 4" Hose to the Dust Hood, securing it tightly with the supplied hose clamp.

Attach Hose and Hood

Place the Dust Hood and Hose assembly into the c-connect base, securing the clip.
