is
designed

offer

bass
player
maximum
flexibility
and
tonal
variation.
Itsdiscrete
circuitry
and
full
shielding
offers
wide
dynamic
range

ultra-low
noise
operation
(-70
dB).
CONTROL
OPERATION
1.
Blend
Control.
The
Blend
Control
is
offered
for
a
wider
variety
of
sounds
than
available
from
conven¬
tional
pickup
selector
switches.
It
may
be
varied
from
the
neck
pickup
(full
clockwise
-
CW)
to
the
center
detent
(both
pickups)
to
the
bridge
pickup
(full
coun¬
terclockwise-
CCW)
orany
blend
in
between.
Due
to
the
nature
of
this
control,
neither
pickup
is
turned
fully
off.
2.
Volume
Control.
Thiscontrol
is
conventional
withfull
output
in
the
CW
position
and
no
output
in
the
CCW
position.
3.
Low
Control.
The
Low
Control
is
centered
at
50
Hz
and
offers
+8
dB
boost
(CW)
and
-8
dB
cut
(CCW).
4.
Mid
Control.
A
Mid
Control
has
been
included
and
is
of
the
peak/notch
variety.
This
control
operates
from
100
Hz
to
2
kHz
with
notch
centers
at
300
Hz
(CCW)
and
1.5
kHz
(CW).
Some
interaction
with
the
Low
and
High
controls
will
be
noticed
at
either
extreme
of
the
Mid
Control’s
operation.
5.
High
Control.
The
High
Control
iscentered
at
2.5
kHz
and
has
+12
dB
boost
(CW)
and
-12
dB
cut
(CCW).
6.
Bypass
Switch.
The
Bypass
Switch
is
a
two-position
mini-toggle
located
on
the
face
of
the
instrument.
Its
purpose
is
to
allow
the
player
to
convienentiy
switch
to
the
passive
mode
in
the
event
of
battery
malfunc¬
tion
or
failure.
The
up
position
of
the
switch
is
passive
