DO NOT DESTROY THE BOXES UNTIL COMPLETELY ASSEMBLED
PLEASE VERIFY THE CONTENT OF EACH BOX AGAINST THE LIST OF PARTS
Assembly with more than one person recommended
Tools required (not provided):
6ft (1.8m) stepladder, Robinson #2 Screwdriver, mallet, safety gloves & glasses, tarp or
protective material for placing parts on during assembly, tape measure, 1'X2"X4" wood.

Base Frame Construction

Step 1: Assemble Base Frame

Connect main beams (A, B, C, D) with center and corner plates (F, E) using bolts (Pp).

Step 2: Attach Foot Plates to Legs

Secure foot plates (H) to each leg (G) using three bolts (Pp).

Leg and Cover Installation

Step 3: Connect Legs to Beam Assembly

Lift the assembled frame and attach each leg (G) using four bolts (Pp).

Step 4: Install Joint and Corner Covers

Fit middle joint covers (J) and corner covers (I) at respective points using screws (Qq).

Roof Structure Assembly

Step 5: Mount Rafters and Brackets

Attach mounting brackets (O, P) to rafters (M, N, N-2) and connect rafters to the central hub (L) and frame.

Step 6: Install Central Top Cap

Place the top cap (K) over the central hub (L) and secure it with washers and acorn nuts (Vv).

Roof Finishing Elements

Step 7: Install Roof Flashings

Attach flashings (Q, R, S, S-2) to the beam assembly using screws (Qq) for weather protection.

Step 8: Install Curtain Rails

Mount curtain rails (T, U) on the interior of the beam assembly using bolts (Pp).

Roof Panel Installation

Step 9: Insert Polycarbonate Roof Panels

Slide polycarbonate panels into rafter grooves, ensuring the correct side faces outwards.

Step 10: Secure Roof Panels with Joints

Insert middle roof joints, tap panels lightly, and adjust joints for a flush fit.

Roof Edge and Panel Completion

Step 11: Install Remaining Roof Panels

Slide remaining roof panels into lower rafter grooves and roof joints for a secure fit.

Step 12: Fit Edgings and End Caps

Install edgings and end caps (Gg, Hh) at junctions and corners, secured with bolts (Pp).

Structural Reinforcement and Anchoring

Step 13: Install Interior Crossbars

Install upper and lower interior crossbars using bolts (Pp), tightening them after all are positioned.

Step 14: Secure Gazebo with Ground Anchors

Anchor the gazebo by securing foot plates to the ground with screws (Rr), washers (Tt), and optional lag shields (Ss).

Curtain Installation and Final Checks

Step 15: Hang Screen and Privacy Curtains

Install screen curtains (Ww) and privacy curtains (Xx) onto the curtain rails.

Final Assembly Checks and Wind Precautions

Ensure all fasteners are tight and consider additional cable guides for windy conditions.
