Penn Fishing Tackle Mfg. Co. warrantsits Productsto be free from defects in materialsand workmanshipfor a
periodof oneyearfromthe dateof purchase.This warrantydoesnot coverdamageor malfunctionscausedby
accident, abuse or normal expected wear. If your Penn Product has a defect within the terms of the warranty, you
shouldretum it to us at one of the Penn WarrantyCentersindicatedbelow. All shippingand insurancecosts and
transportationarrangementswill be bome by you and are your responsibility. We will repair or replacethe Product,at
our option,withoutfurthercostto you, (includingfree retumtransportationand insurance). If however,the repairis
not covered by the provisionsof this warranty,your Penn Productwill be repairedand retumedto you a reasonable
charge for tabor, parts and retum transportation and insurance.

For the fastest repair service and spare parts, we suggest you contact your local Penn dealer.
You may also returnyour PennProductfor factory serviceto one of the PennWarrantyCenters.
Send it insured and include a short note describing the service you want done. To avoid errors,
make sure that your nameand returnaddressappearneatlyand clearlyon both your note and outside
package. Allow sufficientand reasonabletime for Pennto receive,serviceand returnyour Product.
Avoid our spring rush by sendingyourPenn Productsin for serviceor repairduringour fall or early
winter.
Penn will notify you that your Product has been serviced, providing a reasonablecharge for parts,
labor and return transportation, or you can request MasterCardor VISA Payment. Pleaseprovide card
type, name on card,card number,expirationdate and daytimetelephonenumberwhen requesting
credit card payment.

HOW TO ORDER PARTS
By mail, pleaselist modelfor which you are buyingparts and order parts by nameand
number.
Includeyour legible,printedname,addressand daytimetelephonenumberwith your order.
Penn will then send you an invoice, showing part prices plus shipping and handlingcharges.
There is a minimum part order of $2.00 and a shipping and handling charge of $3.00 on a
minimum order.
Uponreceiptof yourpayment(checkor moneyorderonly),yourorderwillbeshippedto
you via parcel post or U.P.S.
For faster service,you may also useyourMasterCardor VISA creditcard to mail in parts
orders. Provide name on card, account number and expiration date when ordering parts. Be
sure to include information requested in Steps 1 and 2.
