If your Pentair Flotec Water Pump motor runs but doesn't supply water, the suction grid may be partially obstructed; try cleaning it. Alternatively, there might be an obstruction in the pipe, which you should remove. If these steps don't resolve the issue, the impeller might be worn, and you should contact Customer Assistance Service.
