INSERTING
BATTERIES
1.
Open the
Battery Chamber Cover at the
base of
the
camera
by
sliding
it in
the
direction of the
arrow;
use a
fingernail
in the
groove
to
push
and
raise
the
cover.
One
set of alkaline
batteries
should last
about
a
year
with
average
use
at
normal
temperatures,
without
using
flash.
But their
performance
goes
down
considerably
at
f
reez ing temperatu
res.
2.
lnsert
two batteries
into
the
chamber with
the
(+)
and
(-)
sides
placed
correctly as
indicated
on the cover.

Manganese
batteries are also

are
