Use the self-timer
when
you
want
to
get yourself
into the
photograph.
1. Depress the
self-timer
button,
and
the self-timer
lamp
will light
up and
release
the shutter
in
about
ten
seconds.
About
two
seconds
before
the shutter
release, the lamp
starts f
lickering,
indicating
that
the shutter
will
soon
be released.
2.
lf
you
depress the self-timer
button in a
dimly-
lit
place,
the
flash
will
pop
up,
but because
of
the
safety
device,
the
self-timer does not operate
until
after
the
f
lash-ready
lamp
glows.
So re-
depress
the selftimer button
after making
sure
the
flash-ready
lamp
glows.
o
The self-timer
operation can
be interrupted
either by re-depressing the
button or
by
turning
the main
switch
off.
