Self-Timer:
To
cancel
the
self-timer
after
it
has
been
started,
press
the
drive
or
mode
button.
To
restore
the
Normal
Auto
and
Single-Frame
Shooting
modes,
press
the
clear
button
(
C
)•
This
will
also
can¬
cel
the
Self-Timer.
When
using
flash
with
the
Self-Timer
or
Dual-Frame
Self-Timer
mode,
make
sure
the
flash
is
charged
(the
red
lamp
glows)
before
operating
either
timer
feature.
When
the
battery
mark
(CTIZ])
appears
on
the
LCD
panel,
the
camera
may
not
operate.
Replace
the
batteries
(see
page
37).
In
this
mode,
you
can
take
two
self-timer
pictures
in
quick
succession.
Press
the
shutter
release
but¬
ton.
The
first
frame
will
be
exposed
after
approx.
10
seconds,
then
the
second
frame
will
be
exposed
approx.
5
seconds
after
the
first
Note
that
focus
for
both
shots
is
fixed
in
the
first
frame.
