    • C
      Carl NavarroAug 11, 2025
If the message does not arrive, ensure the PTT button is completely pressed during transmission. Also, reposition or replace the batteries. Verify that the units have the same channel settings and that the PTT button isn't inadvertently pressed. Something might be interfering; try changing your location. Finally, check if the volume is loud enough.

Why is the talk range limited on my Perel CPMR3 Receiver?
    • L
      Linda GreenAug 17, 2025
The talk range of your Perel Receiver might be limited because operation in steel or concrete structures decreases the range. To improve transmission, check for a clear line of signal. Also, wearing the radio close to your body will decrease the range, so change the location of the radio.

What to do if my Perel Receiver has heavy static or interference?
    • E
      Erika AllenAug 23, 2025
If your Perel Receiver has heavy static or interference, the PMRs might be too close; they must be at least 15 feet apart, so increase the distance. Alternatively, the PMRs may be too far apart, or obstacles are interfering with the transmission. Note that the talk range is up to 2 miles in clear, unobstructed conditions.
