  If your Perfect Aire Air Conditioner isn't cooling or heating the room well despite airflow, ensure the temperature is set correctly. Check and clean the air filter if it's blocked. Make sure all doors and windows are closed. Clear any obstructions from the air inlet or outlet of the indoor or outdoor unit, and restart the unit. Also, wait 3-4 minutes for the compressor protection feature to complete.

  If your Perfect Aire Air Conditioner doesn't start, it could be due to a power cut. In this case, wait for the power to be restored. Also, check that the electrical connections are correctly and securely connected. A blown fuse could also be the reason, so replace the fuse. If you are using the remote control, replace the batteries. Finally, the time you set for the timer might be incorrect. Cancel the timer setting completely or wait for the unit to start according to the time set on the timer.

  If the OPERATION (RUN) indicator or other indicator lights are continuously flashing on your Perfect Aire Air Conditioner, the unit may stop operation completely or run in a safety operation mode. Wait 10 minutes; the issue may be automatically resolved. If the issue has not resolved itself after approximately 10 minutes, disconnect the power and then connect it again. If the problem still exists, disconnect the power and contact Perfect Aire Consumer Services at 877-365-6274.
