Use only paper sanding disks with proper adhesive. Do not use cloth-backed disks.
Ensure sanding pad RPM rating matches the tool's Free Speed rating.
Wear a dust mask. Follow manufacturer instructions for paint and prep respirators.
Use approved eye/ear protection. Wear a mask if dust is raised. Avoid loose clothing.
Operate at a safe distance, maintain footing, and balance at all times.
Secure the workpiece. Do not hold it by hand or against your body.
Ensure trigger is off before connecting/disconnecting. Disconnect for service.
Follow air source manufacturer's directions. Use whip hose, avoid quick couplers at tool.
Do not force the tool. Match capacity to workload. Use only for designated purpose.
Inspect hoses/fittings for wear. Do not drag tool by hose. Keep hose free from obstruction.
Regulate pad speed using the air regulator knob.
Start sander off surface. Apply gentle, even pressure. Let the sander work.
