Summary

Preparing the Cabinet

Uncrating and Inspection

Inspect cabinet for damage immediately after removing crating material.

Plumbing Requirements

No plumbing connections are required; condensate evaporates automatically.

Electrical Connection

Connect to a separately fused, grounded power source per codes.

Installing Shelves

Front and rear horizontal shelf brackets are factory installed for glass frosters.

Installing Casters or Legs

Attach casters or legs to cabinet bottom using provided screws.

Cabinet Placement and Clearance

Ensure 2-inch clearance at back/left end for air circulation; do not obstruct grilles.

Operation Instructions

Defrost System Operation

System includes 6-hour manual and 4-hour automatic defrost cycles for frost prevention.

Temperature Control Adjustment

Adjust temperature control inside froster to set desired range from -15°F to +10°F.

Cleaning Instructions

Condenser Cleaning

Inspect and clean condenser monthly to prevent loss of efficiency or compressor failure.

Door Cleaning and Maintenance

Clean doors periodically with mild detergent; lubricate with silicone spray.

Cabinet Cleaning

Use damp cloth with mild detergent for interior/exterior; use stainless steel polish.

Preventing Stainless Steel Corrosion

Avoid steel wool, bleach, and acidic juices to prevent corrosion.
