If your PermaGreen Supreme Spreader Sprayer doesn't start, first ensure the shift lever is in the neutral position. If it isn't, move it to neutral. Also, check that the starter switch is turned ON. If it still fails to start, check the fuel level and ensure the fuel system is properly set to the ON configuration. If the fuel is contaminated, clean the fuel system. In case fuel is present and the choke is correctly set, consult the engine manual. Finally, if the Honda return spring over the long rod running to the governor arm is broken, replace the spring. Squeezing the throttle partly may allow you to start and run the unit temporarily until the new spring is installed.
General
