Insertion:
1. Ensure ears and Earasers are clean.
2. Blue is for the left ear, and red is for the right. The filter inside has a colored indicator.
3. Hold the string with the index finger and thumb. Raise the earplug so the line guide is parallel to the floor at eye level. Bring the earplug straight back and guide it into the ear canal.
4. Let go of the string. With a pointer finger, gently push into the ear canal while wiggling the finger in an up/down motion. Push on the silicone until a firm seal is felt.
5. Users should talk out loud using a strong voice; their own voice should sound louder, especially the low frequencies. If it feels loose or there is little difference in the sound of their voice, a larger size should be selected. If it feels too tight, a smaller size should be chosen. A deep seal offers the best results.
6. Tip: Moistening the ear tip may ease insertion. Opening and closing the jaw may also help.
7. The side of the Earasers with the color line should always face towards the back of the head. The ear is shaped like an oval, standing upright and vertical, and Earasers are also shaped like an oval. They should be inserted so the long axis remains upright.
