Adjustment
This tool is factory set to supply the optimal crimp
amount for each of the provided dies. If adjustment
of the tool is necessary, remove the screw from the
adjustment washer. Rotate the washer clockwise
for less crimp amount and counter clockwise for
more. Care must be taken when making adjust-
ments. Too much pressure can break the dies and
too little can create crimp connection issues.

Die Changes
To change dies with the quick change ratchet tool, squeeze the handles
together until the jaws are fully open. Select the die set you wish to use.
Slide each half of the die into the jaws until it clicks into place. Squeeze
the ratchet crimp tool handles slowly and verify that the dies are aligned
properly. Cycle the ratchet crimp tool by continuing to squeeze the tool
handles until it opens fully.
