1. Press the respective ISOFIX release button (W) and push both ISOFIX adjustable locking arms (Z) backward
to the longest position (Fig. 10).
2. Place the child car seat on a back seat or a passenger seat without active front airbag facing rearward (Fig. 9).
3. Insert the ISOFIX interface into both ISOFIX connectors of your vehicle. If the indicator on release button base
(V) will turn green, the child seat is installed correctly. Then push the child seat backwards as far as possible in
the direction of the backrest of the car seat. (Fig. 11, 12)
4. Shake the seat to see if it is xed strong enough. If the ISOFIX connector (X) will fall o, please start the install
procedure from the start.
5. The top tether can be adjusted in length depending on the attachment point in the vehicle. To do this, loosen
the backrest cover in the direction of travel on the top right. Then loosen the anchor plate of the top tether
strap and pull it backwards through the slots in the backrest. Thread the second strap onto the top tether strap
to use the shortened adjustment. Reassemble the anchor plate through the slots in the backrest.
6. Press the button in the top-tether adjuster (AB) and pull out enough length, that you are able to hang the top
tether hook (AC) at the xing point behind car seat or the trunk (Fig. 13, 14)
7. Hang the top-tether hook (AC) to a provided xing point of the car (Fig. 15, 16). Please refer to the user
manual of your car for further information about suitable Top Tether xing points.
8. Lash down the loose latch of the top tether adjuster (AB) to tighten the top tether (Fig. 17).
9. To remove the ISOFIX system, loosen the top tether by pressing the button of the top tether adjuster (AB).
Then press the ISOFIX release button (W), to open the ISOFIX connectors (X).

Ziehen Sie am Entriegelungshebel (L) und drehen Sie den Sitz in die
gewünschte Fahrtrichtung (Abb. 18). Betätigen Sie den Hebel „J“ zur
Verstellung der Sitzneigung (Abb. 19).
Pull the unlocking handle (L) and turn the seat into the desired
driving direction (g. 18). Pull the lever “J” to adjust the inclination of
the seat (g. 19).
2.2.1b) Den Sitz einstellen - Adjustisting the seat
WICHTIG:
Überprüfen Sie den Indikator der Verstellschnalle
(AB) des Top Tethers. Ist der Top Tether stra genug
gespannt, wird der Indikator grün.

is green to conrm the top tether is properly tightened.
4. Rütteln und ziehen Sie am Kindersitz, um zu überprüfen, ob die Befestigung hält. Falls sich die ISOFIX
Einrastschlösser (X) wieder lösen, beginnen Sie mit der Installation von vorne.
5. Der Top Tether lässt sich abhängig vom Befestigungspunkt im Fahrzeug in der Länge einstellen. Lösen Sie
dazu den Rückenlehnenbezug in Fahrtrichtung rechts oben. Lösen Sie anschließend die Ankerplatte des
Top-Tether-Gurtes und führen ihn nach hinten durch den Schlitz in der Rückenlehne. Fädeln Sie die zweite
Gurtlasche des Top Tether Hakens auf den Top Tether Gurt um die verkürzte Einstellung zu verwenden.
Montieren Sie die Ankerplatte zurück durch den Schlitz in der Rückenlehne.
6. Drücken Sie den Knopf der Top Tether Verstellschnalle (AB) und verlängern Sie den Gurt, damit Sie den Top
Tether Haken (AC) am dafür vorgesehenen Befestigungspunkt im Fahrzeug befestigen können (Abb. 13, 14).
7. Befestigen Sie den Top Tether Haken (AC) an dafür vorgesehenen Befestigungspunkten im Fahrzeug (Abb. 15,
16). Mehr Informationen zu Top Tether Befestigungspunkten entnehmen Sie bitte der Betriebsanleitung Ihres
Fahrzeugs.
8. Zurren Sie den Top Tether fest, indem Sie an der überstehenden Schlaufe der Top Tether Verstellschnalle (AB)
ziehen (Abb. 17).
9. Um das ISOFIX System wieder zu entfernen, lockern Sie zuerst den Top Tether, indem Sie den Knopf
der Verstellschnalle (AB) drücken. Drücken Sie anschließend den ISOFIX Einstellknopf (W), um die
Einrastschlösser (X) zu önen.
