Sew
the
second
half
of
the
zipper
parallel
at
the
same
distance.
—
Stop
after
the
first
half
and
leave
the
needle
in
the
fabric.
Raise
the
presser
foot
and
open
the
zipper.
—
Now
you
can
finish
sewing
the
seam.
—
Iron
over
the
seam
allowances,
taking
care
to
ensure
that
the
underlap
protrudes
by
about
4
mm.
—
Baste
the
zipper
under
the
underlap
so
that
the
teeth
are
visible.
—
Insert
the
zipper
foot
on
the
right
hand
side
and
move
the
needle
to
the
correct
position.
—
Close
the
zipper
and
baste
the
overlap
evenly
to
the
other
half
of
the
zipper.
—
Then
sew
through
the
basted
seam.
Tip:
To
achieve
a
perfect
seam,
we
recom
mend
using
the
edge
guide
(special
accesso
ries).
The
trouser
zipper
—
Just
before
the
end
of
the
seam,
open
the
zipper
and
finish
sewing
the
seam.
—
Sew
along
the
edge
of
the
zipper.
