Personally I think the Comply tips are best for sound
quality, but the winged tips have a stronger grip and let
you do workout and other physical activities without the
earbuds falling out.
It is also possible to change the equaliser setting by
pressing and holding + and - at the same time until the
headset beeps (3 settings available).

A: These are cable management clips you need to set up
the Over-Ear wearing style most suitable for running and
serious workouts.
This will eliminate annoying noise being transferred to
