  If your Philco Air Cleaner isn't turning on or the keys aren't responding, check the following: Ensure the power cord is properly plugged in. Make sure the front plate of the machine is uncovered. If the display shows a child-lock icon, press and hold the 'child-lock/reset' button for 5 seconds until the light turns off. Also, confirm that the machine is placed on a flat surface.
