The TV does not respond to the remote control
• Check that the batteries of the remote control are not
empty or weak. Check their + / - orientation.
• Clean the remote control and TV sensor lens.
• During start-up, which can take up to two minutes with
connected devices, the TV and some external devices do
not immediately respond to commands from the remote
control. The device is functioning normally and is not
broken.
