In
case
of
an
installation
with
four
loudspeakers
you
can
control
the
sound
intensity
between
the
two
loudspeakers
of
the
same
channel
by
mean
x
of
a
special
potentiometer.
These
potentiometers
are
available
in
several
versions.
Plug
mounting
Fit
the
loudspeaker
leads
to
the
Plugs
co-supplied
with
the
radio.
Follow
the
illustrations,
1
to
8.
Ensure
that
cores
with
the
same
colours
or
marking
are
connected
to
the
corresponding
pins
so
that
the
loudspeakers
are
in
phase.
The
remaining
part
may
be
disposed
of
after
plug
assembly.

Mounting
of
metal
sleeve
and
rear
suspension
strip

Insert
metal
sleeve
into
the
opening
(182
x
53
mm)
of
the
dashboard
(or
console).
Tighten
metal
sleeve
to
the
dashboard
(console)
by
pressing
all
metal
lips
oudwards
by
means
of
a
screwdriver.

Break
off
those
hooked
lips
that
cannot
be
pressed
outwards.
@
If
no
rear
support
is
provided
in
the
car,
first
fit
the
perforated
strip.
If
necessary,
first
bend
the
strip
to
shape.
Fit
it
to
a
Suitable
point
in
the
car
behind
the
car
radio
(e.g.
the
bulkhead).
Connections

Loudspeakers:
Insert
one
or
two
loudspeaker
plugs
in
the
loudspeaker
sockets
[ii]
for
the
right
channel
and
one
or
two
plugs
in
the
loudspeaker
sockets
for
the
left
channel
[0].

Aerial:
Connect
the
aerial
plug
to
the
aerial
socket
[4].

cable:
Connect
the
smaller
(4,8
mm)
female
plug

of
the
supply
cable
to
the
terminal
contact
[6].
First
consult
the
electric
diagram
of
the
car
before
connecting
the
bigger
(6,3
mm)
plug
[Slof
the
supply
cable.
Possible
connecting
points:
the
accessory
contact
of
the
ignition
lock,
acontact
with
permanent
voltage
off
the
fuse
box,
or
directly
to
the
car
battery.
