Before rst use
Placing the lters
Before using the appliance for the rst time, remove the
packaging materials of lter 2 and place it into the appliance as
described below.
Tip: Place the appliance against a wall for more stability
when you remove or insert lters.
Note: Make sure you insert the lters in the correct position.
1 Place your ngers in the recesses of the side panels and
gently pull the top part of the front panel towards you. Then
lift the hooks at the bottom of the panel out of the bottom
of the appliance.
2 Grab the two projections and pull the pre-lter towards you
to take it out of the appliance.
3 Remove the packaging material of lter 2 (high-eciency
formaldehyde removal HEPA lter).
4 Put lter 2 (high-eciency formaldehyde removal HEPA
lter) into the appliance.
Note: Make sure that the side with the tag is pointing
towards you.
