What to do if white smoke comes out of my Philips Fryer?

If you see white smoke coming from your Philips Fryer, it could be due to cooking fatty ingredients without the fat reducer in the pan. Carefully pour off any excess oil or fat, place the fat reducer in the pan, and continue cooking. Alternatively, the pan may contain greasy residues from previous use; always clean the pan, basket, and fat reducer thoroughly after each use.
