• The phone receives interference from the
nearby electrical appliances. Move the base
station away from them.
• The phone is at a location with thick walls.

The handset does not ring.
• Make sure the handset ringtone is turned
on.
• Make sure the handset is registered to the
base station.
The caller ID does not display.
• The service is not activated. Check with
your service provider.
• The caller's information is withheld or
unavailable.
The handset cannot display characters * and #.
Characters * and # respectively appear as small
‘n’ and small ‘o’ in the LCD display. This is normal
behavior because of the 7-segment in the 2nd
row of the display (you can nd the characters
on these 4 buttons: and ).

power supply from both the handset and base station.
