If a fault occurs, first check the points listed below before taking the apparatus for repair

BOTH DCC AND ANALOG CASSEHES
No recharging _ - Mains adapter is not properly connected • Connect the mains adapter properly
No operation - The unit is still in the HOLD mode _ • Switch the HOLD mode off _
- Mains adapter is not properly connected • Connect the mains adapter properly
_ - The rechargeable battery has run down _ * Recharge the battery _
Intermittent playback sound - The head section is dirty _ • Clean the head section _
DCCCASSEHES
Distorted signal - Recording was made with too high peak • Make a new recording with lower peak
_ level (OVERLOAD) _level_
Track number or elapsed play - The cassette has been loaded In the middle • Rewind the tape to the start of the track
time is not displayed correctly of one of the tracks _ and start playback _
No track number indication - Recording has been started while track and • You may consider to re-record the tape

Poor sound quality _ - Dolby NR has not been set correctly _ * Set Dolby NR to the correct position
