Clean the thin tube
The thin tube should be cleaned regularly to keep it clear of moisture and
earwax. If not cleaned, it may become blocked with earwax, which stops
sound from coming out.
Pull the thin tube out
of the hearing aid and
remove the earpiece.
Push the cleaning tool
all the way through the
thin tube.
Reconnect the thin tube
to the hearing aid.
