Clean customized earpieces
The earpiece should be cleaned regularly.
The earpiece contains a wax lter*. The lter
keeps wax and debris from damaging the
speaker. Replace the lter when clogged or
when the hearing aid does not sound normal.
Alternatively, contact your hearing care
professional.
Always use the wax lter delivered by your
hearing care professional.

The vent is cleaned by pressing the
brush through the hole, twisting it
slightly.

* VarioTherm Micro Mold and LiteTip do not have a wax
lter.
