What to do if Philips HearLink miniRITE T R Battery Charger LED blinks orange/red?

If the hearing aid LED blinks orange or red when placed in the charger, it could be due to several reasons. Charging may be incomplete because the charger stopped to protect the battery; in this case, the hearing aid will automatically resume normal charging after up to 10 minutes, depending on how depleted the battery is. It may also mean that the hearing aid is not correctly seated in the charger; try reinserting it, which should complete charging in approximately 15 minutes. The temperature of the hearing aid or charger might be too warm or cold; move them to a location with a temperature between +5°C and +38°C (+41°F and +100°F). Finally, check the charging ports for any foreign objects.
