It may also mean that the hearing aid is not correctly seated in the charger; try reinserting it, which should complete charging in approximately 15 minutes. The temperature of the hearing aid or charger might be too warm or cold; move them to a location with a temperature between +5°C and +38°C (+41°F and +100°F). Finally, check the charging ports for any foreign objects.
