e Setting the duration of
the tanning session (fig. 13
and 14)
When pushing the left but-
ton, the left digit indicating
tens of minutes will leap
(00 ~ 10 - 20).
When pushing the right
button, the right digit
indicating single minutes will
leap (00 ~ 01 - 02, ...09).
Depress the two buttons as
often as required to set the
desired time.
(Max. 29 minutes.)
e Switching on the sun
lamps (fig. 15)
Depress button |. The blink
signal will become visible
and in the display the re-
maining time for the tanning
session will be shown. (The
session time is counted
down in the display.)
e Interruption of the tanning
session (e.g. telephone)
(fig. 16 and 17)
Depress button O. The sun
lamps are now switched off.
(The lamps must cool down
for at least three minutes
before they can be ignited
again.)
In the display 00 will ap-
pear. ,
The remaining time for the
session is now no longer
visible, but is still remem-
bered in the memory of the
timer (as long as the ap-
pliance is plugged in).
Switch on by pushing in
button |]. The remaining time
appears again in the dis-
play. The blink signal in-
dicates that the time is
being counted down.

shorter than the set time?

Depress button O. The sun
lamps are now switched
off.
Set the new session time.
(See section "Setting the
duration of the tanning
session’, fig. 13 and 14.)
Wait about three minutes
before you press push
! button |.

longer than the set time?

The bleeper signal (f)
sounds during the last
minute of the tanning
session.
lf you wish to use the
solarium longer than the
set time, it is advisable to
repeat the operation or to
reset the timer right before
the set time elapses: in this
manner. you avoid a three
minutes’ waiting time for
the lamps to cool.
This could happen e.g.
- if a total session time of more than 29 minutes was
asked for;
- if you wanted to treat both sides of your body after
another;
- if someone else wanted to use the solarium directly
after you.
When you would let the set session time completely
elapse the lamps would be switched off automatically.
After that, the lamps would need to coo! down for at
least three minutes before they could be started up
You can repeat the
operation (with the same
session time) in the
following manner (fig. 21):
During the last minute
depress button |. The
previously set tanning
session time appears in the
window. The bleeper signal
stops.
e You can reset the timer
(to a different session time)
during the last minute of
the session as follows:
Set the new tanning session time. (See section "Setting
the duration of the tanning session’, fig. 13 and 14.)
Then depress button |.
As soon as button { is depressed the bleeper signal
will stop and the new time will enter.
