2 Press Pulse button twice to mix the
ingredients.
3 Remove the jar from the motor unit and
leave it for 5 minutes.
4 Assemble the food processor bowl with the
kneading accessory and add the our to the
bowl and then turn the knob to speed 1.
5 Pour the yeast mixture slowly into the
feeding tube with the motor running.
6 Stop processing until a dough ball is formed.
• Add 1 or 2 tbsp. our if the dough ball is
too soft.
7 Remove the dough ball from the bowl, coat
it with our and wrap it with plastic wrap.
8 Leave it to rise at room temperature
between 10-40 minutes, depending on how
thick you would like the crust to be.
9 Heat the oven with the maximum
temperature setting.
10 Roll out the pizza dough on a oured
surface and top the pizza dough with
tomato sauce, mozzarella and fresh basil.
11 Bake the pizza dough in the hot oven.
• It will take 8-10 minutes to complete
baking, depending on your oven setting.
Home made pizza: sauce and toppings
Ingredients
Basic pizza topping suggestion:
100 g. mozzarella, sliced
2 stalks fresh basil leaves, chopped
1 bell pepper
50 g. sausage
1 red onion
hard cheese (Parmesan)
Basic tomato sauce:
100 ml vegetable stock
2 tbsp. tomato purée
2 stalks fresh basil leafs
Preparation method
1 Preheat the oven with the maximum
temperature setting.
Blender
Before you start, make sure that you assemble
according to Fig. 9.
You can use the blender to prepare your
milkshakes, juice, soups and sauces using
fruits, vegetables and water or other liquids. It
can also be used for making mayonnaise.
To crush ice, turn the knob to the ON position
and then press the ice preset button . Press
the button again to stop.
Note
• Never open the lid to put your hand or any
object in the jar while the blender is running.
• Always assemble the sealing ring onto the blade
unit before you attach the blade unit to the
blender jar.
• To add liquid ingredients during processing,
pour them into the blender jar through the
feeding hole.
• Precut ingredients into small pieces before you
process them.
• If you want to prepare a large quantity, process
small batches of ingredients instead of a large
quantity at once.
• To avoid spillage: When you process a liquid
tends to foam (for example, milk), do not put
more than 1 liter of liquid in the blender jar.
• Put the ingredients in the blender jar within the
maximum level indication.

250 g all-purpose our + extra
165 ml. water, lukewarm
4 g. dried yeast
½ tbsp. (white) sugar
½ tsp. salt
