Field Fix - Intermittent Video Blink
Step 1 - Remove SSB Panel
Remove SSB from the PTV using the described safety precautions.
Step 2 - Locate & Remove IC7407
Remove IC7407 from the SSB using caution as not to lift any traces. It is
preferred to cut the legs with an XACTO knife or something similar.
