Remove the endcap from the base of the toothbrush. If the endcap is tight
and does not release easily from the housing tube, use a plastic pry tool to
help separate the endcap from the housing tube.
5
Use a Phillips screwdriver to rotate the metal locking tab inside the bottom
center of the toothbrush. Turn counterclockwise until rotation stops (less
than a 1/4 of a turn).
6
To release the internal components from the housing tube, firmly press the
metal shaft onto a solid surface (do not slam the handle down with force).
If the internal components do not easily release from the housing tube,
double check that you have completed step 5 above.
7
Gently pull the internal assembly to remove it from the base of the housing
tube.
Caution: To avoid injury or damage to the product, be aware of the sharp
edges and exposed electronic components.
8
Pinch the battery and pull it away from the battery tray.
