Water droplets
drop from the
appliance
steamer head.
The appliance has not
been fully heated up.
To allow the appliance to fully
heat up.
The appliance
produces a
pumping
sound/the
handle
vibrates.
Water is pumped to the
steamer head to be
converted into steam.
This is normal.
The water level in the
water tank is too low or it
has all been used up.
Unplug the appliance and
rell the water tank.
Steamer head
and/or handle
is wet.
Filling door is not fully
inserted.
Detach the tank and ensure
lling door has been fully
inserted.
The tank has been
overlled with water
residue around it.
Wipe o the water residue
left on tank.
