7.2 Telecoil **
Your audiologist may have activated a Telecoil in your
hearing systems. The programs with Telecoil can be
used with hearing system compatible phones or via
inductive loop systems (present in some school
settings, theaters, churches etc.).
7.3 FM systems
FM Systems are wireless communication systems
consisting of a radio transmitter and a radio receiver.
The transmitter is placed close to the sound source
(e. g. TV/Radio/lectern). The sound is transmitted clearly
and directly to the hearing system in the form of
radio signals – without disruptive background noises
or echoes.
Phonak is a leader in FM communication. In order
to take advantage of the benefits of these high-tech
radio systems, consult with your audiologist.
** available for all Nathos models, except Nathos CRT.
