N.B. Every control on the steering wheel can
respond to either a short or long press.
To reassign a control on the steering wheel, choose
its matching symbol on the monitor, then press the
steering wheel button in the manner you prefer
(short or long).
The way you pressed the steering wheel button will
show up on the screen under the corresponding
symbol: a red dot if you press quickly the button or a
red bar if you held the button down.
For the “Volume-” and “Volume+” controls, a short
press is recommended.
To reassign a button and/or type of press, repeat the
procedure after selecting Reset.
If you are having trouble programming the buttons,
change the SWC button’s setting from 1K to either 2K
or 3K using the SWC symbol.
