Insect Killer Torch is a solar replacement to standard oil burning torches that kills bugs
on contact. The product charges in direct sunlight and on a full charge lasts 6+ hours. In darkness,
the LED flame turns on creating ambiance for your outdoor living space. At the same time, the UV
light and 600 volt zapper activate like a standard bug zapper. Each torch purchase includes a
ground stake, 3 poles, connectors and a tabletop base (See Figure 1) and easily adjusts between 4
use patterns (See Figure 2.) Use as a standard torch down to a path light, or you can simply insert
the torch into the tabletop base.
CHOOSE THE LOCATION:
The product is to be charged in direct sunlight outdoors. It’s recommended to place the product away
from your outdoor living space so insects can be drawn towards the zapper and away from your space.
Built to be weatherproof, it can be placed outdoors in the ground or can be placed on a table.
INSTALLATION AND OPERATION:
For best practice, install the unit just before the start of the season in your area and leave in place
until the end of the season.
To activate the product, press the power button located on the neck of the torch. You will not need
to press the button again. As stated, the product charges during the day in direct sun and turns ON
in darkness. The product will run for 6+ hours on a full charge.
For off-season storage, save the outer box and packing materials. Press the power button to turn
OFF before storing.
To clean the product, slide the catch tray from the unit and discard insect debris. For debris that
may be remaining inside the torch or on the electrical grid, carefully spray canned compressed air
or use hair dryer on cool setting. Never spray water or cleaners on the product.

This product is for outdoor use only. Check the product frequently to ensure debris and dead
insects are not accumulating inside as it may contribute to fire. Do not bend electrical grid and do
