Follow RACK THE BEER instructions in the manual,
attaching your Bottling Tube instead of the Racking
Tube to the OUT post on the Brew Keg
Direct the Bottling Tube to the bottom of the sanitized
bucket and press down. Press the Control Knob. The
initial beer coming from the Bottling Tube may contain
trub (sediment). When no more trub flows in to the
waste container press the Control Knob to stop the
drain, this should take no more than 30 seconds.
