Why does my Picomed Pico4 Transmitter have a short range?
    • C
      Christopher BowenAug 13, 2025
If your Picomed Transmitter has a short range or only works when pointed directly at the receiver, the cause may be a low battery. Try connecting the battery charger. Another cause may be the wrong placement of the receiver. Check if the receiver has a position where it can receive IR-signals without disturbance. Finally, an obstacle may be blocking the IR-signal, so check for any obstructions between the transmitter and receiver.
