  If your Pinguino Air Conditioner is running but not cooling the room, several factors could be at play. Ensure all windows, doors, and drapes are closed, following the recommendations for proper use. Eliminate any heat sources like ovens or hair dryers from the room. Check that the air exhaust hose is correctly attached to the housing on the back of the unit. Also, inspect the dust filters and clean or replace them if clogged. It is also possible that the technical characteristics of the appliance are not suitable for cooling the room where it is located.
