Why is the sound from my Pioneer AVH-X8500BHS Car Video System Bluetooth audio source not playing?

The sound from the Bluetooth audio source may not be playing back for a few reasons. It could be that there is a call in progress on a Bluetooth connected cellular phone, in which case the sound will be played back when the call is terminated. Alternatively, a Bluetooth connected cellular phone may currently be in operation, so avoid using the cellular phone at this time. Finally, if a call was made and immediately terminated, communication between the unit and the phone may not have properly ended; the sound will play when the call is terminated.
