Why is there no sound coming from the speakers of my Pioneer Receiver?
    • C
      clarkreneeJul 29, 2025
If you are experiencing no sound from the speakers of your Pioneer Receiver, first try changing the source to see if you can hear sounds from at least one of them. If you can hear sounds from a particular source, consider replacing the product or the MBL CMPX MODULE if available. If you cannot hear sounds from any source, check the signal in the input of PowerAMP IC (U4). IN1 U4 11-pin FL IN2 U4 12-pin RL.

What to do if there is no sound from BT audio on my Pioneer Receiver?
    • P
      patrick45Aug 6, 2025
If your Pioneer Receiver has no sound when using BT audio, verify that the BT device is correctly paired. If incorrectly paired, try pairing the BT device again. If correctly paired but there's still no audio, refer to "No sound from the speakers" for further troubleshooting. If other BT devices also cannot be paired, consider replacing the product or the MBL CMPX MODULE if available. If other BT devices can be paired, the issue is likely with the BT device itself.

Why is there no sound from the PreOUT of my Pioneer Receiver?
    • J
      Joseph MillerAug 13, 2025
If there is no sound from the PreOUT on your Pioneer Receiver, check the impedance between the Ground of PreOUT and the Ground of this product. If the impedance is OPEN, replace the Poly Switch (FU1). If the impedance is SHORT, replace the product or the MBL CMPX MODULE if available. Also, check the power of MAIN BOARD PCB (Connector J9 15-pin: A5V).

How to fix a Pioneer Receiver that is unable to turn on?
    • B
      Brooke NicholsonAug 20, 2025
To troubleshoot a Pioneer Receiver that won't power on, begin by checking the 10A blade fuse to see if it has blown. If the fuse is blown, verify the voltage. If the voltage is not normal, replace the product or the MBL CMPX MODULE if available. If you don't find any issues, try replacing the fuse.
