8.6 "Frozen" appliance
IF THE AMBIENT TEMPERATURE IS LOWER THAN 0 °C AND THE APPLIANCE
HAS BEEN FROZEN, PROCEED AS DESCRIBED BELOW.
1. Disconnect the appliance from the mains.
2. Close the water tap.
3. Wash the tap (A) with warm water (approx. 50 °C) so you can take the water inlet
hose (C) off. You can also use a warm cloth (approx. 50 °C) at the connection
point (B) between the water tap and the water inlet hose to loosen the water inlet
hose (s. fig. below).
4. Remove the hose and immerse it in warm water (approx. 50 °C / s. fig. below).
5. Pour warm water (2 - 3 litres / approx. 50 °C) into the drum and wait approx. 10
minutes (s. fig. below).
6. Reconnect the water inlet hose to the tap and check, that the water inlet and the
water drain works properly.
7. When you operate the appliance again, the ambient temperature must be higher
than 0 °C.
NOTICE! After the installation of the water supply and wastewater
disposal, all water hose connections even on the appliance itself must
be checked for leakage. The manufacturer is not liable for any damage
caused by improper installation.
