1. Door lock problems.
1. Switch off the appliance.
Switch on the appliance
again after a short period of
time. Press the « START /
PAUSE » - BUTTON to restart
the programme.
If the problem cannot be
solved, switch off and
unplug the appliance, close
the water tap and contact the
aftersales service.

1. The temperature in the
drum is too high
1. Press the « START / PAUSE » -
BUTTON to interrupt the
running programme. Wait a
few minutes. When the
temperature inside the drum
has dropped to a safe
temperature and the error
code disappears, press the
« START / PAUSE » - BUTTON
again to restart the
programme.
If the problem cannot be
solved, switch off and
unplug the appliance, close
the water tap and contact the
aftersales service.
