If the 'ADD WATER' indicator illuminates on your Platinum Ice Maker, it could be due to several reasons. First, check if the water level is low or if there is a lack of water; if so, refill the water reservoir and press the “ON/OFF” button to restart the ice-making cycle. Secondly, the water screen at the bottom of the water reservoir might be blocked, requiring cleaning. Lastly, a pump malfunction could be the cause, in which case you should send it to the authorized department for repair.
